Cancellation compensation by distance

Same distance bands as delays. A refund of the ticket is separate — you can receive both.

€250 — up to 1,500 km

Short-haul cancellations with short notice and no adequate alternative.

€400 — 1,500 to 3,500 km

Medium-haul cancelled flights under the same rules.

€600 — over 3,500 km

Long-haul cancellations. Early notice or a very similar reroute can reduce or remove the cash amount.
