When the airline approves a claim on their booking, we email you and contact you within 5 business days to arrange your reward.
Referral terms
The rules, in plain words
Short and simple, so you know exactly when a referral counts.
- The reward is €20 per qualifying booking.
- You earn one reward per qualifying booking, however many passengers travelled on it.
- A booking qualifies once the airline approves or pays compensation on at least one claim on it.
- Your friend must open your link and submit their claim within 90 days. If they open another referral link later, the most recent link counts.
- Self-referrals don't count: the claim has to be submitted with an email address different from yours.
- We contact you by email within 5 business days of a booking qualifying to arrange your reward.
- We never share your friend's identity or any details of their claim with you.
- FlyClaim may void referrals that are fraudulent or break our terms and conditions.
